    Default baby orchids - seed germination

    Well I've been in shock for a few days but now that I got a new camera for Christmas (Happy Holidays, btw) I was able to take a pic at the little dots I've been growing.

    Could I have possibly gotten this seed sowing thing right on the 1st try????

    Somebody please tell me I have baby orchids in there...

    So how long before they will become protocorms? They were flasked on 11-30.

    Hi me again....

    Are they "protocorms" yet???? Can someone advise me of lighting requirements? So far I keep them under my kitchen cabinets for about 12 hrs....the bulbs are only 15 watts....here is a new pic

    congrats! can you tell a fellow first timer about your medium? i've got a pod growing since the end of july and i think my time approaches...
