I photographed this blossom some time ago, now it is withered a bit, but yeah, this on it's lip is, as Ron said, the most like sugar, lik a crystal candy.
I bought it as Maxillaria meirax, but then I googled a bit and found out this one was mooved in 2007 to Rhetinantha genus, which has 15 species.
The v shaped, white callus on the margin of the lip is a very good diagnostic for this species.
It was love at first sight
