I guess you have not had it long enough then. It should be mounted the other way--hanging down.

BTW, really nice red clone. I have a red one like yours and it is my favorite.

Tom, as I bought the plant, it was potted, also upright. I mounted it on a pice of wood and it is growing well. Today I looked at the book of J.P. Wood, you are right, the pseudobulbs are pendent and it like misty shadow. I have to look for a new place for my lawessi. Thanks a lot.
