    Default Canal Birds

    We sat out on our swing this evening and had a wonderful show of water birds. An Anhinga, Little blue heron, White heron and Ibis. Along with the birds we saw turtles, butterflies and a little gator. Life is a wonderful thing.

    We have green herons here believe it or not and one day we saw a flock of pelicans fly over!

    I believe they were white. They were a ways up in the air and I wasn't expecting to see them at all. Don't even know why I looked up. Was quite a surprise though.
