Cycnoches lodigessi in bloom

A first time bloomer, my Cycnoches lodigessi is blooming finally, with one flower and one bud is forming. The bud takes a long time to develop and open, I damaged a petal trying to open it early I mean 20 days to develop and open !! Anyways here are the pictures. It is a male flower this time.

The plant is small compared to the size of the flower

That is cute, Amey. I love the pot you are growing it in too. It works nicely with the plant and bloom.

Does this one have a fragrance?

Bruce good that you mentioned about the fragrance I forgot to write about it. It has two distinct scents, From say 5 ft is a strong sweet smell, but as you go closer, it becomes more and more strange like moth balls (naphthalene) LOL.
