Phalaenopsis Amabilis Root ?

I have a white phal. It looks healthly and has been growing roots like crazy. The question is the some of the roots above the medium, have some browish areas. Is this something I need to address? The one root that has this, after it goes into the bark it is green again? This plants does have a lot of roots, all the roots in the medium are green after watering. If there is a issue what is the best treatment? Thank You, Rich
