    Default Lepanthes nycteris

    A cool growing species from Bolivia (Cochabamba State) and Peru. The flowers are 15mm tall and 7mm wide. Plant size 4-5cm.

    Love the shape/color of this one, Thomas. Isn't it amazing how these orchids have evolved to attract an insect to pollinate them? Great photos, also...Betty :-)
