hi, mericloning and assymbiotic seed germination of the orchids in the title is my concern, and I have several questions to the forum 1- may I have success with root tips and leave tips from very young seedlings as explants ? 2- may I work wiith a solid orchid multiplication medium to avoid the utilization of a rotary shaker ?
