Hello, I wondering if anyone could help on what to do for a Neo? I had this guy for several months it has not done anything growth wise, I have had it in the south facing window with all my other orchids. I was told and read these were easy orchids to have. I have also read different information to not letting the median (spaghausm moss) dry out completely,or to let it dry out. So I decided to let it dry out inbetween, two days ago I noticed the bottom left was yellow and I checked the median it was dry so I watered it, today four more leaves are yellow. I decided maybe I should remove the median the moss was black and had a sticky textured when touch it was the same median when I bought the plant which was several months back. When I removed the moss I was surprised all the roots are dead. Is there a way I could save this guy? It still has four to five green leaves. I replanted it in fresh moss but not as compact as it was before I was thinking maybe more air needed to get to the roots. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks forgive my spelling
