Encyclia primatocarpa just starting to bloom.

I will take some credit for this blooming. Got it last October I believe and in winter per Betty and cultural information for its native terrain/climate I gave it water every three weeks only in mid/late winter. Have increased the frequency of water and fertilizer since early spring gradually. It has 27 buds and a sweet citrus fragrance. I will post more photos later when in full bloom. It does not mind some direct sun. AL
