Nice set of Encyclia! I have one that should be blooming anytime now. I love the way you set them together.
Hey Betty, what is Tinkerbell growing in?

Really lovely, Betty!
Oh Betty; I have been waiting for these! Not only do they look great, but I am sure they have a fragrance that helps make your day. I try not to sound imposing in my opinions, but I think Encyclia's should be as common/popular as Phalaenopsis in the orchid world. I think many people would come to love their beauty, relative ease of care, and all the different fragrances that are so enticing! AL
They really look great, nice growing Betty!
*sniffle*ok first i need some cash.....then i need to find someone in the society who has any or all of these....then i need to go into their greenhouse and take them and leave the cash on the bench.....simple! i LOVE these Betty! and now i am highly jealous LOL!

Jordan, don't be jealous...I believe that these are much too simple for you. But I must say they are very rewarding orchids to grow in a warm climate. Thanks to all of you for the wonderful compliments...encyclias seem to really like the conditions that I can provide for them...Now, I am waiting on an encyclia phoenicea to bloom. It has a long, thick spike, and is supposed to smell like CHOCOLATE! yumm, I can hardly wait...Betty :-)
