    Default Phalaenopsis amabalis var formosanum

    Here is a first-bloom seedling of Phal. amabalis var formosanum. It is grown indoors, under lights, and is potted in a clear 4" pot with 100% sphag! I like the flower presentation already! I was careful not to move the pot when it came in spike. No staking this time either!

    but not really a correct formosanum...

    That's gotta be a winner as far as a secies right? I mean really well filled in shape and so many flowers for a seedling... very lovely Garland!
