I am sure someone here can tell you the slight differences, I will just comment on the beautiful bloom. It is really special. I love the pure white lip on this phal.
Cheers,

According to Christenson, Phal. lamelligera is a synonym for Phal. cornu-cervi. The differences between Phal. pantherina and Phal. borneensis are more subtle. According to Christenson the differences are the midlobe of the lip:
"borneensis: midlobe of lip sessile, flat, glabrous.
pantherina: midlobe of lip clawed, with a fleshy center raised only on the upper surface into a slight pad, the pad with a few sparse trichomes."
Susan

Not sure about lamelligera, but pantherina has a much larger lip in proportion to the flower than cornu-cervi.
