    Default Staurochilus leytensis

    Hi folks,

this is my latest love, got a top cutting in buds, hence the awkward growth.
flowers are the biggest i've seen in this genus, around 4x4cm, and a spicy fragrance.
this species is very closely related to Staurochilus fasciatus, which has flattened sepals amongst some other features.

    cheers,
