I have grown this orchid in my garden which i found in the roadside of a village near a reserve forest in Assam, India.
Please help me to identify it.

I hope someone who grows orchids in that part of the world will chime in. It reminds me a bit of a pholidota...you might look for pix of those...

Perhaps Pholidota imbricata.
Michael, that was my best guess too; glad you chimed in!
Definitely not Pholidota imbricata, which has a pendulous spike. This plant looks like a Dendrobium, just not the spike, time will tell if we see some flowers.
looks like a den. secundum got drunk and had sex with a spiranthes in the coat room of last years WOC... orchids today, they just dont know how to behave!

Now i can see the plant better, not a Dendro at all. Sure looks like a Pholidota, hopefully somebody can help out.
but it's an erect spike... im voting against pholidota, ron, flowers do look more like that than a den. but the plant...eh...im sticking with my coat room theory!
