Connie and I viewed a property that had an amazing spring running through it. We had a history lesson from the owner of the property, on how the Indians used the spring and were they camped. All fascinating.
The reason we were there was to view a live oak that I swear had several hundred clumps of E. tampensis all over it. I was speechless. I've seen it growing wild in Tampa and St. Pete but never like this. We were losing daylight when I took the photos. I'm going to go back and take pictures as this is tampensis time to bloom. I imagine they are all in low spike.
