I got this Ascocenda Medasand x Ascocenda Gua Chia Long seedling with just 4 small leaves in May 2009. It is blooming for the first time, and the flowers show a lot of promise for the future. I just hope it is a free bloomer.

I love ascocendas with spots. You have a really nice one there. I find that most ascocendas bloom more than once a year although there are some exceptions.
What a cheery bunch of blooms!

Beautiful Ascocenda with illustrious parents. Ascda Gua Chia Long usually pass on very bright vibrant colours and free flowering qualities to its hybrids.
