Phal. Question

Evening, everyone. I came to this board a while ago because my phal's roots had rotted and I needed some advice. Now, strong & healthy roots are growing back, and I'm trying to keep the humidity up for it, since it was drying out before. I was just wondering how soon I can expect new leaves to start growing. Any answers would be appreciated!

I had a phal that came back to life after being root rotted in 2004 and being half-dead until this year (June-July, not sure...) when it suddenly grew new roots and came back to life in a short amount of time. Now it has a small new leaf growing.

Depends on the phal. It should be a matter of months or weeks because a good-rooted phal should grow 1-2 leaves per year as the normal growth cycle.
