    Default Ctna. Brandi; Blc. Cherise Nishioka; Odbrs. Kenneth Bevin

    I seem to have a bumper crop of orchids in bloom, and three more in spike.

    1. Ctna. Brandi 'O.C.' AM/AOS

    This one was a gift from a fellow orchid society member, I love the Magenta color.

    2. Blc. Cherise Nishioka 'Hilo Flare'

    A baggie baby rescued from the blue Big Box store, kind of a neat peloric.

    3. Odbrs. Kenneth Bevin 'Santa Barbara' HCC/AOS

    An awesome plant that is a very reliable performer, if you see one make sure you snatch it up.

    Woo-hoo! Lovely show. Hey- what the dickens is CTNA short for? it is a BLINDING magenta. Mmm-mmm! Gotta love that peloric BLC. Is ODBRS Odontobrassia perchance? Never seen the syncopation before, but I'm guessing. (I don't get out much.) This really is a fabulous cross, ass you say, and I want it. NOW! (Wow- that dark stem!) CONGRATULATIONS

    Beautiful and congrats for the excellent culture ! I'm not usually fond of pelorics but I like this Blc Cherise Nishioka.

    Hi Cattan, it's funny but I've never cared that much for pelorics either because to my eye it often throws off the natural
    balance of the flower. That being said, there are exceptions and this one is quite beautiful. Thanks for the encouraging

    Ctna = Cattleytonia = (Broughtonia x Cattleya) .
