This is a young Dendrobium wardianum I bought last year. The plant only had 2 canes at the time, a tiny 7 cm-long one and a larger 25 cm-long one. I didn't bother keeping it completely dry till now as I wanted it to grow a nice big cane this year, so I didn't think it would flower this spring as it was relatively small, kept almost all of its leaves and started to grow a new cane a couple of months back. But then it surprised me with 2 flowers. This coming winter I'll keep it bone dry till the buds start to form and hopefully I'll get a whole cane full of these nice big flowers.
