I bought this plant in July. It's growing a new pseudobulb right now. Any hints on it's culture?
I have it outside in bright shadow and mist it daily. Once or twice a week it gets soaked and fertilized.
The las two pictures are from today.

Mine is growing on a east facing windowsill. I water once a week, but mine is in a pot, not on a mount, as mounting is not practical for me. Mounting, I think, is in general better for this plant. It will be much better when the flower is in spike as the spikes hang down. The spikes seem to be growing forever before they finally bloom. If memory serves mine start spiking in Oct but don't start blooming until around Feb. I have not found this plant to be difficult at all, and, as Bruce says, yours looks healthy.![]()
It's seem it's well acclimatized in your country so healthy the pbulb and the new shoot I have no experience to grow this one.
As soon as the new bulb is mature, there should be a spike. I hope so. It's my very first Baptistonia.
healthy plant, keep doing what you're doing.
