There is a lot of black spots on my mail order phal, it is very yellow indicating that it received a lot of sun, it is pulchera-equestris species with dark purple blooms. So I do not know if it is just sun burn or a bacterial or fungus infection.

If the leaves have a yellow cast then i would suspect the black spots are sunburn , what are the roots like ?
