When I began growing orchids one of the first to catch my eye was a Sweet Sugar that soon began to rot. I was able to save a tiny section and mounted it onto driftwood. Now, six or seven years later it is beginning to bloom nicely. For it's second blooming it has given two spikes. On these flowers the petals and sepals are so tiny. It's the lip that makes this flower something special. I can see why they are nicknamed "dancing ladies".
