Cattleya Orchid lighting?

If a Cattleya grows a sheath, does that mean it's getting enough light? Mine's had one for a few months now, but no buds. It was bought as a baby plant and this is its first attempt at a sheath, and I know sheaths don't always produce buds right away. Just wondering if, in fact, it grows a sheath at all that I'm in in the clear on lighting?

Kelly, I would imagine that light level is good

It sounds good, as long as the leaves are a good colour, the plant might still be too young to flower. This happens to my plants(I grow from seed) but flower off the next growth.

I agree. Probably good enough light to bloom.
