What a beauty. I'd never heard of this one. In what conditions do you grow it? It looks a bit Vanda-like, doesn't it?

Thank you for your comments. Yes. It is vandaceous. I grow it outdoors in indirect bright light with weakly weekly fertilization and daily misting.
I'll be on the outlook for one. I love it.

I got from a local vendor here. most likely it should be from Thailand. How long you have this?. I have seen a few which did not bloom the first year but bloom subsequently

Lucky (and talented) you! Great 1st bloom with a new owner...you done good! LOL! I never heard of that either. I'll have to look into that. if it doesn't get too big, I will have to get one myself but it looks pretty "conspicuous" :-) for my mini greenhouse...BEAUTIFUL nevertheless!
