High temps, %50, air movement, and high humidity

I know keep on asking similar questions, but I need advice. Okay, according to my thermometer the temp is about 95 to 97, Im' using a %50 tarp, there are two fans which give a lot of movement on the plants, and the humidity inside is about 70 degrees. Is the temperature to high for Catt, Dens, Laelia, and Phals. I have more types of orchids but I think of them right now. I do have another %50 tarp. I tried adding to the one already there but appears to it is too much. Are the conditions aright or should I bring them inside?

I'm no expert but the conditions sound fine for those types. Air movement is the critical part here. Lose it and it would probably be too harsh.

As long as that air movement keeps up they should be fine. Watering more is a good idea...especially if your plants are mounted or in clay pots.

Closer you get to orchids natural habitat, lower your chances of going wrong with culture. 70% humidity is good and air movement would be very good.

You should be great. Humidity that high with movement is fine. My entire collection regularly those conditions. Today my high was 95 and my humidity ranged from 50-90 percent depending on when I damp down. I grow a mixed collection of those types. The warm growing phals will particularly love it.

Yesterday I decided to use a mister, dah, and it brought the temp down to the 80"s. So with all the responses I received, thank you, I am wondering if it is a good idea to use the Physon product. If so, how often should I use it?

Monica, most of those plants will thrive under those conditions, especially the phalaenopsis. With lots of air movement, there really is no need to apply Physan. If you do see signs of fungal growth, spraying heavily with Physan at a rate of about 1/2 teaspoon per gallon is likely sufficient, but I would not recommend using it as a preventive measure.
