NoID orchid Please identify general type

I'm new here and with orchids. I may have got too many for the space I have but I wanted to try different types that don't require special conditions. I have one rescue plant that I thought would have died completely by now but it still looks alive for now. There were no roots. I used cinnamon and may have stopped what looked like rot on the pseudobulb. I just need to know what general care it should have. Always damp sphagnum? Mostly dry in fine media? Does anyone know what type this may be? I have an oncidium but the bulb is a lot fatter. This one has a very flat pseudobulb and strappy leaves. Thanks for any help you can give.

Unless there is a living dormant eye at the base of that pseudobulb there is no chance of new growth. Loose damp sphag for now until it either pops new growth or rots or shrivels away. I think it is mostly likely an Oncidium alliance plant, they are quite variable in pseudobulb size and shape.

That is the tiniest little oncidium...I agree with the above.

I just got a Miltoniopsis. After comparing them, I'm sure that's what this one is. I wish it would live because those are just the prettiest.
