I have a Phal with all the leaves getting softer and with wrinkles.. I bought it like a month ago with beautiful flowers but after a while it started to become like this ( its not the first time that this happens to me with orchids) I do not know if is too much water, or not enough water or maybe just the moss that the plant is on is just not good for the plant because actually seems kind of packed!... ( I just removed it from the plastic container)

Im thinking to buy soil for orchids ---- Vendor information removed - see FAQs on Posting ---- and repot the plant. Do I really need to repot it in a clear container or just a clay pot will work?
