2 Spikes on my Phal!

This phal is a grocery store phal. A NoID. I have had it for over a year. No rebloom. Lots of roots and leaves. So, I decided to throw it outside. We have lows of 57F to 65F during this time and highs in the 80's and low 90's.

It was outside for 2 weeks and yes a couple leaves decided it is time now to drop, they are yellowing. But the newer leaves are just fine and 2 spikes have popped out. First time I generated 2 spikes on a hybrid phal. I brought it inside and threw a different phal out in its place.
