Default Strange spots on young Vanda

Can anyone tell me is this bacterial or what? I do not mist or get any water on my vandas leaves, still I get this kind of spots on about one leaf per week...

Sunken spots looks like bacterial infection. Use hydrogen peroxide on the wound and cut the infected leaves and seal it with cinnamon powder

Does the bacterial infection spread? If you use the peroxide on the wound then do you still need to cut the leaves? I'm not sure I understand why you would treat the wound then cut if off. Again, I'm just trying to learn and understand. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure he meant to cut off the bad parts, then treat.

Yes. I doze the entire plant before cutting to neuter any spores on the plant and then cut the infected portion and then seal the wound. You could cut it and then doze the plants and carefully throw the infected leaf away.
