    I would ask the same question as Harvey did, is that a mealy bug, sure looks like it might be. Great color!

    No, its not a bug. I checked just a flaw in the flower. It might be that when it was budding there were cold vs warmer temp changes as well as changes in locations. The some of the buds are not all healthy looking. Better luck next timeI guess. As far as fragrance I am not detecting just a little.

    I would have been more concerned if that was a mealy bug, the blooms will get better next time.
