Default Aerides Quinquevulnera - got an HCC yesterday!

We brought 4 plants to AOS judging yesterday and got 2 awarded. Yay! This one got 79 points (oh...so close to 80 and an AM but yet so far!)

Eve, does it have a fragrance as well? It looks like it would just fill the air with sweetness!

    Cheers!

That is a stunning specimen! Congratulations on getting it awarded! I have seen arides in bloom. They are amazing plants, they bloom their heart out and the fragrance is sooo delightful, you just want to eat the flowers! Three of my aerides are in spike. I hope they don't get aborted like last year.
