Regardless, nice plant. I was debating on getting a plant like this and seeing how unique the lip looks makes me want to get it even more. Thanks for sharing!

Nicely done, at least yours is still alive. I have not had any luck with this one!

Very nice,. Sorry about the bud loss. Sure it would do better next time around. I have read that it is fragrant. I have a couple of seedlings and they are growing quite well. Wish they bloom some day

I'm pleased to see yours looking so healthy. Mine is losing the will to live despite my best efforts.

The Sedirea japonica has a very delicate root system, you have to be very careful in irrigation and fertilization, want moisture but not wet completely, as fertilizations at low concentration, 1/6, more frequent, its cultivation is simpler mounted.
I lost the bottles, because a child had fun pinched, : Cursing:

Mine is growing again after moving it out of s/h which it loved at first. My water quality is not good enough for s/h as it comes out of the tap. And I don't have RO yet, maybe in the next 6 months I will be ready to get it installed. I moved mine into traditional Japanese mounding as I recently found out that they like being potted this way. It has grown a new leaf and some new roots. Now I look for a spike every time I water it.

In my experience the quality and relative humidity (RH) are essential, I personally need a lot of water, so I opted for the reverse osmosis, save up to 100 ppm values, but also rainwater it is just as good, if not better, of course, is mixed with normal water to raise it to the optimal settings.
