These are Dendrobium Spring dawn "Komuku". keikis some 3 or 4 inches high, taken off the parent plant in May 2015. As you see, they made canes about 5 inches or so that year, then slightly bigger ones in 2016. Now flowering.
Potted from day 1 in well sieved Perlite, and stood in water/nutrient 7/24 - or in other words what I call Aquaculture, and across the pond is called S/H. Rested , in that not watered at all, hung up to dry in the warmer enclosure in my greenhouse ( 17-18-19 ˚ C on winter nights) and now in flower.
It takes several years to get them up to full size - they may put on an inch or two year by year, and usually branch too, and then they need a harder rest to get them to flower lower down too. But quite long lasting flowers as well.
I'm not sure why and how they produce keikis - I used to get lots and lots, nowadays less - maybe I'm growing them better now ? But they are always welcomed, potted up, and if I get too many, then some go as prizes in the Society raffle.
p.s. they are in 7cm pots.

Nice ones! I've been trying to find a balance between getting plenty of flowers but keeping the leaves. Seems I'm very successful with one or the other but not both.
