Haven't seen any species look like that. My guess it could be a hybrid.

Yes ~ this is hybird.
and RHS Sander's List is Bulb., but name of Cirr. is OK.

This plants size of the buld.(10mm x 10mm), leaf(55mm ~ 70mm x 15mm) anb flower(25mm x 13mm).
