Wonderfull.
1 off my favorites.
Maybe the dorsal will open more given a bit more time.
I have a Paph PEOY on the way from EYOF supposed to be blooming size ,
we will see when it arrives next week hopefully.
It's still lovely, and still on my wish list.
I'm with Diane - a PEOY is always delightful! If it's a first blooming you may get improved form the next time around.

oh Gilda... I'm so sorry!
You should pack that one up and send it here pronto!!
actually though, I haven't seen many... actually none in real life so, I'm thinking those petals with all those markings is excellent... fingers crossed on a more open dorsal!
Can I please ask how big the plant is... I have two, one a seedling and one I bought which is suppose to be near blooming size... I just need to figure out how "near"
thanks for sharing Gilda!
No actual sizes for the cross but it supposed to be the biggest Paph roth primary.
The first paph Bel Royal i had was over 36" LS(erwina claimed it), i have another(exactly the same cross) in sheath & that is a tiddler of just over 30".
So i expext that they are BIG !
Suppose it depends on the parents to a large degree.
nice color and wide petals though!
Very nice looking!
Cheers. Hoa.
