    Default A large surprise.

Ordered some more plants from Germany & i was surprised , stunned actually by the size of some of the plants.
The Paph Bel Royal i ordered was not supposed to be large but it is a whopper.
For comparison the paph in front is the multi-growth rothschildianum i got from them a month or so ago .
Individual leaves are over 22" long & 2 1/2" wide.
    All for $38(US)

The Wossner Barbasand has 4 mature growths & a couple of new 1's.
    Amazed & stunned.

Outstanding! You couldn't even get a crummy 1 growth Bel Royale for $38 in the US

    LOL.
I edited the post so it is misleading.
The Paph Bel Royal was $38 the roth was more expensive(4 times the cost).

hmmm.... doubt the Bel Royale up for auction next weekend will be that good a value! I'm looking at three figures at least...

guess, I should stick to the Cymbidium hybrids

    ----
forgot to mention, seeing as I am so into myself today...

That's a great buy! Now get em to flower!!!

For the roth i.m not sure , i have emailed them but the language barrier may be to much to expect an answer.
The Paph Bel Royal is paph kolopakingii "Wossen" x paph rothschildianum(CH 1 x Borneo) reading off the tag.
