    This one opened up this morning. Looks like an alien head on a stem!

    Marvin the martin is right! It has 3 flowers on this one spike. I haven't seen it get more then three though

    but when it put up the male flowers you will not reconise it

    pretty kewl flowers... and yes, the male flowers are something else... can't remember what the trigger is to get the male flowers though... maybe less light...
