    Default Gin's Bromeliad Blooms ( Tillandsia cyanea )

    Some of you might remember this post. Well, I have been growing those guys under the benches in the GH all winter and today I noticed one of them was blooming!! It looks like it has several more blooms to go too! Anyway, I thought I would share it here. Enjoy!

    Well color me silly. I always thought that the "lobster claw" feature of this plant WAS the bloom. i had no idea it would do this. I've had one in my apartment for about a year now. Thanks...how unusual.

    Nice bloom!! I think I might have one of those in my vivarium. It seems to like it there as well, and hope it blooms soon. COngrats!!!
