The bloom on my maudiae, 'napa valley' is wilting. I purchased it a couple of weeks ago, and the bloom was health and vibrant. I took it out of the 4" plastic pot it was in, and put it directly in the clay pot. I did not change the medium. It is not dry, but not wet. The top of the medium is covered with spangious moss, but it is not in the medium. Should I let the bloom die, then replace the medium? Should I use orchid bark, or should I use the finer orchid mix on this variety. It is in a location in my home where is gets alot of southern glare. It is about 5 feet from the window. It was closer to the window and under a light when I noticed the bloom was not doing well.
