Thanks to others help including orchid_man in NZ who helped me resize my photos I'll try to show what I have in bloom.
So far there is no "Manage Attachments" browse button so we'll see what happens.

So far there is no "Manage Attachments" browse button so we'll see what happens.

The Manage Attachments button is below the Submit Reply button. To see it you have to scroll down to the "Additional Options" section. This is the next large box below the "Reply to Thread" box that your replys are posted in. Please note that there is not a button on the "Quick Reply" to attach images. You must click the "Go Advanced" button if you are typing in the quick reply box to see the further options.

What browser are you using? Maybe that has something to do with it.
