Paphiopedilum rotschildianum hybrid

According to information of the supplier this should be a hybrid based on rotschildianum, with no further specifications. I do like the "strong" looks of the flower, but should welcome some further info about the ancesters.

The flower was (blooming is over) more than 10 cm wide.

Looks very much like Paph Ianthe Stage, P sukhakulii x rothschildianum. Surprizing it didn't have 2 flowers on the spike even on this small plant. Can have 3 flowers per spike on a mature plant.

I would agree with Roy, although I also get more than one flower on a spike as well with this cross

Ron and Roy, thanks for your input. Perhaps I had only one flower because this was only the second flower after the plant was taken from the motherplant. The leaves were growing very fast and I was surprised it bloomed so fast after the first one. Nevertheless, even with one flower I was proud and happy.
