    Default Vascostylis Precious

    And one for the rhynchostylis and ascoenda fans. I just checked and found that his guy has an actual name beyond the cross I had on his tag. Please let me present:

    We grow this guy along side our large cattleyas. It is potted in lava rock so it is fast draining and likes to have plenty to drink, but wants to dry out between watering like its neighbors in the greenhouse. It is a slow growing plant, but produces many blooms on a spike.

    It looks like it should smell like lilacs....I am in love with the color of this one! Nice one!

    Well, I wouldn't have thought of myself as a "rhynchostylis and ascocenda fan" but this set of photos is enough to convert me! Gorgeous, BD!
