    the fully opened bloom is just shy of 3 in. across; the other will be somewhat wider.

    it was luck, really, that it showed up here - one of a vendor's choice five plants.

    i think it's a nice shape, and the irridescence in the petals[not really captured in the photo] is very attractive.

    btw, the Brsda. Orange Delight 'Starbeck' we spoke of is showing signs of two more spikes, for a total of three....
