Does anyone know what's wrong with this plant? It looks a little funky and I don't want it to contaminate other plants?

That doesn't look too great...I'd start with repotting it. The roots I can see in the middle look very bad. During repotting you may want to treat it with a good anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. Afterwards, put it in low light for a month or so to let it recover from the shock. If this has gone too far, it may be on it's way out. Good Luck!....hope you can save it.

I would definitely isolate it from your other plants, especially other phals. I agree with everything posted above me--even if it isn't diseased, a fungicide won't hurt it and repotting certainly won't. It's interesting that it's only the top most leaves affected. That's the sort of thing that makes me wonder if it could be environmental damage--any really hot or cold temperatures and/or drafts that might have caused it?
