The flowering time last just for one day, the plants are small or very small, but it's amazing to see the flowers at close up pictures. It's hard to belive, it's the same flower. Here Thrixspermum wenzelii.

Such a tiny lovely one! Can you show us the whole plant? I have three species of Thrix. One of them, being from Guangdong, is going to bloom soon.

Hi San,

this Thrixspermum is growing in Philippines. Most common in China is Thrixspermum centipeda (second picture). On Hainan island grows also Thr. amplexicaule. It's nice climbing orchid.

San, are you sure, it's an Thrixspermum? I'm wondering, you don't use, for China so typical palm tree, to mount your orchids. Take one picture from the front side.
