In what kind of condition do you have it? I have mine in intermidiate but I doubt this is it... doesn't look quite happy.

@Branka: I grow mine mounted on a trunk in a little orchidarium. The orchidarium is behind a window, so they get daylight, but additional I light them with t5 fluorescent lamps. The temperature is warm over summer, in winter it is intermediate to cool. During winter I water only all 2-3 days. I think they need dry conditions (not humidity) combined with cool tempretures to bloom well. To grow well, water and feed them a lot over spring and summer.

Could be difficult to grow them in Malaysia. They are found from 1200m to 2000m. But try it and keep us inform about your observations.
