Cymbidium Evening Star?

This was given to me as a division 8-9 years ago, but NOID. For years, it didn't bloom, just grew like grass. Two years ago, I learned the trick of "icing it down" at night in Aug- Sept, it started to bloom last year. I have 2 spikes this year. I think it's close to Evening Star, what do you think?

I don't know about "Evening Star", I do know it is very pretty and that they definitely require cold temps in August to spike... they are heavy feeders during the summer and lots of bright light to the point that the foliage turns lime green without burning. I "baked" mine out in the sun all summer this past year and left them out until early October... Michigan can get nasty cold in October! I had my best year ever with my Cymbidiums!

Yes. I use ice water or straight ice cubes, whenever I can remember it during Sept night (2-3 nights).
