    I only have 2 orchids and need to know what this one is and how I should grow it.

    its a cirrhopetalum, not open yet. well, the pot and media looks fine. keep it in bright shade, some air movement and maybe water twice a week, depending on your condition there.

    looks like a cirrhopetalum flabello-veneris, or c. cumingii very closely related.
