    Default Macroclinium aurorae

    Intermediate grower and it will send out new spikes from the old spikes, so the plant can be in bloom for a good while.
    Some of the species in this genus can be short-lived. I lost my older plant and this is the replacement...

    I like the fireworks analogy, but I thought at first that it looked like one of the aliums I have in the flower bed only up side down. Either way, beautiful.
